Chaque pouss\u00e9e doit \u00eatre un mouvement s\u00e9par\u00e9 et distinct.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p><strong>Appel \u00e0 l&#039;aide d&#039;urgence\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Si la personne continue de s&#039;\u00e9touffer, appelez imm\u00e9diatement les services d&#039;urgence.
